Can you recommend report-writing software for a senior school of 400 pupils? Is there any to avoid?

Re: Report Writing Software

We have recently purchased Epar from www.epar-software.com.
it integrates with simmms and pheonix for pupil information.. it also supports..
Annual Reports
Detailed IEPs
Lesson Plans
Statements of Review
Reports of serious / Restrained incidents
Record and predict test results

Check them out, there are good, and can tailor some parts of the software to your needs.

Re: Report Writing Software

We have a report writer available at the beginning of May. The package comes with the standard National Curriculum subjects already set up, but other subjects can be added or deleted. Titles can be changed to reflect school preferences.

Any number of year groups can be created, with any number of pupils in each year. The reports can include your school's name and logo. The facility to include pupils' attendance statistics is also included.

I hope this is of some help to you.
